PDCOR Limited an ISO 9001:2015 certified Company is jointly promoted by the Government of Rajasthan (GoR) and Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Limited (IL&FS) to facilitate private sector investment in the infrastructure sector in the State of Rajasthan. The company was incorporated in December 1997 and commenced its operations in May 1998. PDCOR has the capability to provide institutional support to the Government in successfully structuring and implementing infrastructure projects on a public-private partnership format. The company is uniquely positioned to provide policy advisory and institutional restructuring services to the Government.
