PD365 (formally ILASCD) was formed in 1947 as one of the six original affiliates of the international organization ASCD. Our organization is interested in issues, trends, and research that relate to learning, teaching and leading. IL ASCD has over 2,000 members statewide comprised of superintendents, central office administrators, principals and assistant principals, department heads, teachers, university personnel, state agency personnel, and others. We offer leadership institutes, workshops, and programs that focus on the quality of teaching and learning. Programs can be tailored to meet the needs of schools or districts and address curriculum development, instruction, assessment, grading and/or supervision. PD365 continues to expand its operation and is the essential "go to" organization for educational leaders in Illinois.
