Here at PD Designs, we pride ourselves on doing things a little differently to the rest of the herd, and we're happy to say that our customers have noticed the difference. PD Designs is a small, family run company based in Nelson, Lancashire, that was set up by husband and wife team, Joe and Janine, way back in 1994. Over the last 23 years, we're proud to be able to say that we've worked really hard to build a company that reflects all the values that we, as a good Northern Lancashire family, think are important. Above everything else, we value good, honest workmanship, which is why every single fitted kitchen or bedroom we supply is made by us, by hand, in our own workshop, right here in Nelson. Where we use products or appliances manufactured by a third party, we make sure we only ever use a name that we can trust and that we know offers good value for money. If we're putting our name to it, we make sure it's up to scratch. In fact, honesty is one of the words we live by; we don't believe in faffing around, we'll never keep hiking up a quote once it's done and we absolutely promise that we will never, ever, use substandard materials or workmanship. Instead, we believe in truthful, upfront dealings with our customers, so the price we quote is the price you pay and, at the end, you'll have a quality fitted kitchen or bedroom that will last you for many years to come. And as if the exceptional quality of our products wasn't enough, you'll also get exceptional customer service into the bargain. As a small, family run firm, we really do take the personal approach, taking each and every customer right through from the initial idea to the finished product. From start to finish, you'll have one point of contact who you can deal with every time - so you don't have to keep explaining yourself or going round and round a call centre whenever you want to ask a simple question. Plus, every single one of the people on our team is fully qualified and expertly trained in their specific field, so you can rest easy knowing you're getting professional workmen and not cowboy builders. What's more, at PD Designs, we don't do one size fits all, because we understand that every customer is unique.
