PD Corp RE are Corporate Real Estate and Tenant Advocacy specialists operating Australia wide and servicing a broad and eclectic client base comprised of local, national and global corporations and public sector agencies. Our focus is identifying what is important to our clients in relation to their occupation of real estate – responsive to corporate objectives and strategies - in the context of an ever changing business environment. We guide our clients through what are often complex issues and time consuming processes. Value is added by establishing and implementing strategies that are pro-active, timely and supportive of our client’s business in the long term. We treat our client’s business as if it is our business. PD Corp RE Pty Ltd was formed following a restructure of Property Dynamics Independent Property Advisers Pty Ltd to enable the two former divisions of the business to concentrate on core activities.
