Since his younger days, Mr. Pheng has dreamt of creating a new empire for the Kin Kee Group. He has the financial resources, and he is an expert in management expertise. As the youngest son of Tan Sri Dato' Pheng Yin Huah, one of the leading businessmen in metal, steel, real estate and other major interests, Mr. Pheng is extremely conversant with the construction industry, property development business, hospitality industry and transport industry. Though undeniably leveraged by the Kin Kee Group of Companies and Kinsteel Berhad (a public company listed on the main board of Kuala Lumpur Stock Excahnge or KLSE), PCS Vision is a highly renowned company in its own right. Mr. Albert Pheng Chin Shiun graduated with a first class honour in Electrical Engineering from the University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He also sits on the Board of Directors of Kinsteel Berhad, MBL Trading Sdn. Bhd., Mutiara Besi Logam Sdn. Bhd., and MBL Transport Sdn. Bhd. He sits on the board of various other private limited companies too. As the youngest son of Tan Sri Dato' Pheng, Mr. Pheng has benefited a lot from his father's guidance and mastered the manoeuvring skills in the electronic system industry. The participation of PCS Vision in huge projects both in Malaysia and overseas has proven that, as a diversified interest, the company is on the right track to expand the Kin Kee Group.
