Persons Community Solutions is an impact venture builder. We start businesses in inner cities and Indigenous communities that take on chronic local problems, staff them with people the labour market overlooks, and run them on AI and software we build and host locally. Each business is locally owned, runs on ordinary revenue and procurement, and costs the host nothing to keep. The technology stays with PCS and compounds with every build. A build is co-developed with the community it serves and hires from it. It is licensed where the work requires it and bought through the procurement already in use. It creates paid work and local economic activity, and it reports daily from the field so partners see what is happening as it happens. Because it is built around people the surrounding systems already fail, the infrastructure is sovereign by design: on-premise, offline-capable, and controlled by the community that runs it.
