PCM Group Information

The PCM Group brings together ASSOCIATED experienced highly competent and gender sensitive moderators and trainers from different educational and professional backgrounds and countries, who: * Facilitate participatory workshops, conferences and seminars oriented towards establishing a commonly shared analysis and building multi-stakeholder consensus on approaches and proposals. Often the Logical Framework Analysis (LFA) tool and META plan facilitation and visualization techniques are used. * Run training courses on Project Cycle Management and the application of Logical Framework Analysis in all the phases of the project cycle, like in particular Monitoring & Evaluation concepts and techniques. * Assess the quality of proposals and offers advice on possible improvements. * Assist organizations to introduce quality systems in the different phases of the project cycle.
