PCAS BioMatrix Information

Located in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu (province of Quebec), Canada, PCAS BioMatrix is a division of PCAS group (www.pcas.com), a French company specialized in the manufacturing of fine chemicals and pharmaceutical actives ingredient. The PCAS BioMatrix subsidiary is dedicated to the manufacturing and the commercialization of the novel resin "ChemMatrix" used in solid phase peptide synthesis. The ChemMatrix technology was developed and patented by Matrix Innovation. After a long collaboration for the manufacturing of this PEG resin in a multi kilogram scale, PCAS has signed in 2009 an exclusive licence agreement with Matrix Innovation for the commercialisation and production of the ChemMatrix resin. Since the acquisition was completed and due to larger demand, PCAS BioMatrix has increased the production capability to larger batches, reinforcing the quality control and lowering the production cost. The sales and marketing structure has been strengthened to the standard of PCAS offering an excellent customer service and technical support. The production capacity is up to several hundred kgs of ChemMatrix resin every year in our ISO 9001 Canadian facility. We are able to monitor your growth and meet your need (tons of resins) through our industrial production capacity available in the various plants of PCAS group (ISO9001 and cGMP FDA inspected).
