We are a JSE-listed, leading technology business delivering enterprise-scale solutions and services to blue-chip, mainly JSE-listed clients. We are 51% black-owned, Level 2 B-BBEE, and listed on the JSE under the Software and Computer Services sector. We provide our services to our clients via three core brands, being PBT Technology Services (trading as PBT Group), PBT Insurance Technologies (trading as PBTit) and CyberPro Consulting. Furthermore, we broadly group our service offerings into three divisions: (1) Data and Analytics Consulting. (2) Software Engineering Consulting. (3) Insurance Technologies (proprietary software). The Data and Analytics and Software Engineering divisions make up the bulk, c. 87%, of our attributable earnings before interest, taxation, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA). Although our Insurance Technologies division is the smaller division (c. 13% of attributable EBITDA), it consistently contributes a stable and valuable, recurring licence-fee-based, higher profit margin income.
