Based in Kīhei, Hawai‘i, we perform all types of construction for municipal, commercial and residential projects in various environments, including ground water, basalt rock, expansive soils; even a combination of all. Projects may be a church or school, a municipal building or healthcare facility, an elaborate industrial complex or retail business center. We put our experience to work for our clients, ensuring that the job is done right, on time and on budget. We approach projects with a "team" mentality, working closely with Developers, Architects, Engineers, and other Contractors to expedite the design and construction process. Utilizing C.A.D. files, 3D Modeling software, and GPS survey equipment we are able to quantify, verify, and review grading plans for a project identifying possible cost increases or savings not typically identified in the bidding process. We review each and every project in detail researching materials and techniques that may result in significant cost savings for the client.
