Paycove runs payment plans for businesses that sell something expensive and get paid over time, such as trade and career schools, clinics, coaching and financed home services, as they grow past one location. Create quotes, invoices and payment plans wherever you sell: inside HubSpot or Pipedrive, from your own website or checkout page, through our WordPress plugin, or through our API. Customers can build their own plan inside your rules, on daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly schedules. Payments are charged on schedule, with reminders before and after each due date. Card fees are recovered inside the plan. That's a disclosed surcharge where your state allows it, with ACH available at no card fee alongside, and the recovered fee posts to the books as its own line. Each location gets its own templates, its own Stripe account and its own books. Adding a location means copying templates, not rebuilding.
