Pavano & Company specialises in the provision of accounting, taxation and related services to the business sector. Whilst the firm in its present form has been in business for a relatively short period of time, our principal Sam Pavano has been a practitioner for some eighteen years and is a fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants. The firm closely adheres to the philosophy that quality professional services are best provided on a personal basis. Consquently, it has been the firm's policy to develop a close personal and professional rapport with clients, so as to reach a clear understanding of both the client and the client's business. While the firm has experienced substantial growth to where it now has a staff complement of eight (including five professional members), the firm has not outgrown its basic philosophy. Special emphasis is always placed on understanding and matching the individual needs of the client with the appropriate type and level of service. The firm provides comprehensive services in all areas of accounting and presently serves clients not only in the Melbourne Metropolitan Area, but throughout the state of Victoria as well as Queensland, South Australia and the A.C.T. Pavano & Company provides comprehensive services in all significant areas of the profession, including review of financial statements, accounting, income tax planning and return preparation, data processing and management advisory services. We also provide specialized accounting, reporting and management services to the trustees of superannuation, profit sharing and other types of trusts including employee trusts and employee benefit plans. Our accounts include a diverse range of clients in private industry, health care, agriculture, property & housing developments, agri-business and tax-exempt organizations.
