We want to change the healthcare system for the better. We provide insights of all residents in a nursing home, thus being a data-driven assistance for care staff. Through a monitoring dashboard that connects various data points, PAVA provides real time insight into the nursing homes using only 1 type of sensor: Wifi-Sensing. With Wifi-Sensing technology, we non-invasively monitor the elderly in terms of location, fall detection, sleep and biometric values such as heart rate and breathing. By applying AI to the collected data, PAVA provides insights for accident prevention and schedule optimization. We want care professions to remain sustainable to provide care of the highest quality. Current shortage of 60,000 healthcare workers. Rising to 135,000 by 2031, +125%. Care workers are left with too little time for the reason they went into care: providing specialized care and attention on a personal level. By providing real time patient insights we want to assist care workers to reduce their work pressure by eliminating the impersonal and inefficient routine schedules.
