We consistently accept applications for Skills-Based Volunteer roles in accounting, information technology, marketing/communications, development/fundraising, volunteer management, and additional program volunteer roles. www.felinerescue.org Feline Rescue, Inc. is a Minnesota based no-kill companion cat rescue organization. Our founders established Feline Rescue in 1997 in Minneapolis, MN as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We are a primarily volunteer organization, with one full-time and one part-time employee. We are funded exclusively through donations and grants, receiving no municipal, state, or federal funding. We provide rescue and relief to the homeless and endangered cats in our community through programs that offer shelter, foster, social and medical rehabilitation, feral and stray management, spay/neuter subsidy, and community education. Our mission is to provide safe shelter, veterinary care, and socialization for stray, abandoned, or abused cats until good permanent homes can be found for them. Our mission does not enable us to accept owner surrendered animals.

Ruff Start Rescue is a foster-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit companion animal rescue that serves communities throughout Minnesota and states in the south with severe pet overpopulation. Ruff Start Rescue relies on a complex network of volunteers, fosters, and supporters to save thousands of animals each year.
