Patrick O'Kelly Ltd. is a family run business. It was established in 1948 by Henry O'Kelly (Snr) and his son Paddy. It was based on the Florence Road in Bray at first and then it moved to Quinsboro Road in Bray in 1965 where it continued to run as a jewellery and gift store until september 2009. Patrick O'Kelly Ltd. opened a second branch in Southern Cross Bus Pk. on the Boghall Rd. in Bray in 2004. This branch catered for corporate and trophy clients. This business has continued to grow and prosper and as the older members of the O'Kelly family decided to retire in 2009, it was decided to close the Quinsboro Rd branch and continue all business at the Boghall Rd. branch. The O'Kelly family has run this business at all times. Paddys brother Henry, sister Alice and brother in law Tony ran the Quinsboro Rd shop since Paddys death in 1987. Patrick O'Kelly Ltd. is now run by Henry O'Kellys 3 Grandchildren. His great-grandson is also employed in the Business.
