For more than 30 years, PJM has provided quality, personalized legal services to our clients, both individual and corporate. We handle general civil defense, specializing in first and third-party no-fault insurance defense work. We also focus on first and third party property insurance defense work, including coverage opinions, and cases involving suspected arson and fraud. Since 1983, we have tried hundreds of cases before juries and judges in dozens of Michigan state and federal courts. We also maintain an active appellate practice and have successfully represented our clients before the Michigan Supreme Court, the Michigan Court of Appeals, the Sixth Circuit United States Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
