Patil Automation Pvt. Ltd. (PAPL) is an India based company founded with an objective of introducing “Contemporary world-class standards in Welding Automation and line Automation” such as : • Assembly Line Automation (Includes Assembly Conveyors, Lift and Carry Systems, Overhead Servo Gantry Systems) • Robotic Welding Lines (BIW and MIG Welding, Heavy Part Welding Projects) • Welding SPM's (MIG, TIG, Spot) • Manual Welding Fixtures and Checking Gauges • Special Purpose Machines • IOT & Industry 4.0 Solutions for assembly lines. PAPL offer complete turn key welding and assembly line solution and to do this we are having in house application engineering team who gives on time response in early stage of requirement with complete technical study includes process study, takt time and cycle time study, layout and feasibility. Our Mechanical and Electrical design team having strength of 85+ Engineers and are equipped with software's like Solid Edge, Catia, Auto Cad, E-plan and Simulation Software like Process Simulator, Delmia Robot Studio, Moto-sim with offline programming and OLP generation which actually leads to 100% assurity and feasibility of design and shorten time at shop floor. Our Integration team is capable to work with Mitsubishi, AB, Siemens, Omron PLC and Yaskawa Motoman, Panasonic, ABB, Kuka, Fanuc, OTC, Nachi, Kawasaki, Hyundai Robot for Spot Welding, MIG Welding and material handling applications. Till date we have handled multiple project in Spot Welding, MIG Welding, Complicated assembly lines for Automotive OEM’s and their Tier 1 and Tier 2 and executed with desired time line and desired quality.
