PatientCentrics is a patient insight and engagement consultancy founded in 2017 and based in Brussels, operating globally. We help pharmaceutical companies, patient organisations, and research bodies make better decisions by placing the patient voice at the centre of their strategy — through rigorous research, evidence-based advisory, and independently designed engagement programmes. We work across therapeutic areas including oncology, rare disease, respiratory, metabolic disease, and neurology, partnering with global, regional, and national teams at every stage of the product lifecycle — from early clinical development through to market access and post-launch support. Our services span three areas: Patient Intelligence — qualitative and quantitative patient research, including semi-structured interviews, focus groups, advisory boards, and validated surveys. All research is GDPR-compliant and conducted under well defined methodology frameworks. Patient Engagement Advisory — strategic guidance on patient engagement programme design, content strategy, HCP-patient communication, and clinical trial recruitment support. We help clients build engagement that is meaningful, measurable, and independent. Patient Advocacy Support — design and management of patient support programmes (PAPs) that connect patients to information, community, and care — with programme analytics and market expansion guidance included. What makes us different is our independence. We are not an agency and we are not captured by any single stakeholder. Our outputs reflect what patients actually say — not what sponsors want to hear. Every project is led by our founding team: Mitchell Silva (EUPATI fellow, PhD in Bio-Engineering) and Erard le Beau de Hemricourt (MD, nuclear medicine specialist). Sister brand Esperity builds the digital infrastructure — patient apps, community platforms, and TrialsConnect — that our consulting work often informs and integrates with.
