Pathways Support Services Information

We offer full-time supported independent living care to enable NDIS participants to live with greater independence. We work with clients to develop important life skills, build individual capacity and engage with their community. We understand that no two people are the same, no disability is the same and no journey is the same. We offer tailored services to assist NDIS participants on their personalised path to reaching their full potential. Our homes are presently based in all areas of Brisbane and the Gold Coast, from which we offer Supported Independent Living and capacity building supports to people who are looking for housing that enables them to build their social networks and live independently.
