Pathways College is a non-profit 4 year online College which is founded with the mission of providing students an affordable and accessible pathway to realize their dreams of achieving a college education and become contributing members of society. Pathways College seeks to remove these barriers to college by offering a high quality, accessible, and affordable educational experience, which seeks to personalize the learning experience, especially for those students who represent the underserved populations in our communities Pathways College is a fully immersive online learning environment that students can access 24/7 from the comfort of their own smart device. Perhaps the most unique feature of the Pathways College model is its close relationship with various high school districts. The students who enter those programs have the opportunity to complete their high school education at their own pace, and without many of the distractions that plague the traditional high school setting. Pathways College is currently partnering with these institutions to shift the culture at the centers from one where college is a distant afterthought, to one where college becomes an expectation. Starting with the student advisors at the schools, then working with the assistant principals and principals, it is the mission of Pathways College to groom each of the students towards a clear understanding of the various life avenues that exist after high school, including the seamless option to transition to a Bachelor’s Degree with Pathways College directly from high school.
