Whereas Pathway, Inc., in keeping with the mandate of all Community Action Agencies to stimulate a better focusing of all available local, State, private, and Federal resources upon the goals of low-income families and individuals of all ages, in rural and urban areas to obtain the skills, knowledge and motivations; and to further secure opportunities needed for them to become self-sufficient, do hereby proclaim our mission to be: Pathway reduces poverty by providing comprehensive services that create pathways to self-sufficiency.
