Pathway Care provides mainstream foster care and a number of specialist high level foster services, such as Parenting Assessment and Step Down Transitional Care to Local Authorities in England. Pathway Care is an independent fostering agency and is part of the NFA Group. We pride ourselves on our learning and development programmes and on the highest level of locally delivered support – all of which are vital to give those new to being foster carers the skills and confidence they need when welcoming a vulnerable child or young person into their home. We also offer high quality support and the professionalism with which we operate, plus the opportunity to develop careers in fostering via our specialist foster care services means we can offer so much more. Pathway Care cares for over 470 children and young people and offers 24 hour support, full training and a generous, almost entirely tax-free allowance to foster carers.
