Pathos Studio Information

Pathos Studios, Inc. was incorporated in 1998 as an illustration company involved in the creation of book and album covers. The name "Pathos" was chosen to convey the highly emotional illustration style that the company produced during its early years. During the formative years of Internet commerce, Pathos Studios transitioned from illustration to the development of navigational visual solutions to create an intuitive experience for the application user. During the early years of Mac OS 9, Pathos Studios worked closely with Apple Computer's Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) division in the creation of icons for various internal applications. With the groundbreaking development of the OS X Aqua Interface, the doors were opened to the infinite creative possibilities of icon and user interface design to enhance the experience of the user on a variety of levels.
