PathGain is a new tool to help organizations turn employee professional and social connections into business relationships. We interconnect all employees and their contacts to create a private, enterprise social network. The idea is relatively simple. PathGain creates the necessary visibility so fellow employees can discover, team and advance the company's overall business relationships. In addition to helping salespeople leverage other employee relationships to get warm introductions, sales management will gain visibility for account development planning and assisting their teams in developing new business. In today's anonymous digital world, salespeople have never been more challenged to create personal and trusted selling relationships. Knowing who the contact names are is one thing.
