Path2Buy, LLC was founded by Tom Ward, a successful entrepreneur who has founded, created and grown eight businesses over the last 25+ years. Specifically, Tom has an extensive background in real estate and mortgage lending, having owned three Century 21 franchises as well as having founded Majestic Mortgage in 1987, an organization he grew to $450 million a year with branches in multiple states and later sold to Cherry Creek Mortgage. The Path2Buy Home Ownership Education Program assists mortgage lenders with growing their purchase business by teaching their originators how to acquire, incubate and convert potential home buyers. By differentiating themselves as a Path2Buy Parnter, the loan originators become the “go to” resource in their local markets for new purchase business opportunities and have Realtors and Insurance Agents lining up to partner with them. Tom believes that the American dream of home ownership is being shortchanged and that loan originators need to learn how to develop purchase business in today’s world.
