Patchwork Hub Information

Patchwork Hub is an award-winning, disabled-led employment platform and jobs board. We connect disabled people, neurodivergent people and carers, alongside anyone who could benefit from more accessible work practices, to inclusive work opportunities. Alongside our jobs board, we also support employers across their whole accessibility and disability inclusion journey, from attraction and recruitment to retention of talent. We provide a range of training, consultancy and support packages to drive forward change within organisations. We work with employers of all sizes, from key partnerships with leading UK employers to charities and small businesses, delivering tangible improvements to their practices and culture. At the same time, we have a strong track record of working with policymakers and government to drive forward the policy and legislative change that is needed for a more disability inclusive and accessible world. Our community is at the heart of our work. We’re always looking to educate people on the importance of disability inclusion and to lift up disabled voices and initiatives. This may be through our impact partnerships with some incredible disabled-led organisations, or our spotlights and articles profiling some amazing disability changemakers. Over the last few years, we’ve posted thousands of job opportunities, skilled up and supported hundreds of employees across organisations and placed multiple candidates into jobs that work for them. Patchwork Hub is a small but dedicated social enterprise, with a clear social mission at our heart: creating an inclusive future of work and closing the disability employment gap. Our disabled-led organisation will continue to work every day to break down barriers for disabled people in work and drive the change that we all want to see in the world.
