Patchbay is a video authoring and enrichment platform for business and broadcast. More than 30,000 events a year run on it, from internal town halls to multi-day flagship conferences. Most organizations running a global all-hands or a flagship conference are solving a broadcast problem with a conferencing tool. That works right up until it doesn't — the feed drops mid-keynote, the recording comes back unusable, and the people who dialed in from the other side of the world spent nine minutes looking at a frozen slide. We were founded by broadcast production people — video engineers and technical directors who spent years in control rooms where "the stream failed" was not a survivable outcome. Patchbay is the platform we wanted.
