Gourmet Bake Shop Inc is a retail baking company located in 775 Hillside Ave, New Hyde Park, New York. The bakery produces a wide variety of cookies, cakes, danish, bread, pies, and pastries. We also make custom cakes for all occasions. We have seating available and serve hot and cold beverages.

Conveniently located in Toronto, Patisserie Royale has a huge assortment of middle eastern pastries such as baklava made fresh and available daily. Our baklava is infused with rosewater and orange blossom, but is not completely saturated in syrup, resulting in an almost cookie like texture in some varieties. Catering trays are available.

I have had a love for baking and making cakes from scratch since high school! I took cake decorating classes over a decade ago, which only added to my passion. Now I am able to bring delicious, personalized cupcakes and cakes to customers everyday! I love bringing a smile to my customer's face and seeing their eyes light up when they taste their dessert!
