Dried at low temperatures and extruded through bronze dyes, our pasta is produced the old-fashioned way. We manufacture, import and distribute 100% Italian Pasta. Our main focus is in the organic and traditional segment in North America – both Durum Wheat semolina and Whole Wheat semolina dry pasta.
