Passerelles Numériques (PN) is a nonprofit organization helping young people from disadvantaged backgrounds build pathways out of poverty through digital education and access to quality employment. Since 2005, we have provided free digital and soft-skills training to young people in Cambodia, the Philippines, Vietnam and Madagascar. Our programs combine technical training, professional skills and comprehensive support, including accommodation, healthcare and living assistance, enabling students to focus on their education and prepare for sustainable careers. Our approach goes beyond training: we work closely with companies and local partners to connect students with internships and employment opportunities, while helping address the growing demand for digital talent. Our impact: • 3,400+ young people have graduated from our programs • 95% of graduates find employment within three months • More than 50% of our students are young women • Thousands of graduates are now building careers in the digital sector and supporting their families We believe that access to the right skills and opportunities can create lasting change — for young people, their families and the communities around them. We work with companies, foundations, institutions and individuals who want to invest in digital inclusion, youth employment, education and women's access to technology.
