Peak Vista Community Health Centers is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to providing integrated, whole-person medical, dental, and mental health services for people of all ages, and regardless of ability to pay. We provide care to over 74,000 patients annually through 21 health center locations throughout Colorado's Pikes Peak and East Central regions.
