Pascal Architects Information

Pascal Architects, LLC is a multi-disciplinary Architectural firm located in both New Orleans, Louisiana and New York, New York. The firm started in 1991 by Principal P. Mark Culotta, AIA, CSI, CDT and has grown to a combined office size of 25 staff members. While providing traditional architectural services, Pascal Architects also provides other services including Programming, Feasibility Studies, Historic Restoration, Forensic Building Analysis, Project Management, and Construction Management. With active licenses in eight (8) states, the firm also provides Disaster Relief Design and Construction Management services in many parts of the United States. The nature of these recovery projects entails hurricanes, fires, explosions, tornados, and flooding. Our staff is highly trained and qualified in all areas of the Building Sciences Industry and has successfully worked on projects such as the Reconstruction of the Cabildo Complex in New Orleans, Ritz Carlton Hotels, and the Louisiana Superdome. In 2006, Pascal Architects partnered with Façade MD of New York and carries an additional six (6) active licenses maintained by Partner and Principal Richard W. Lefever, PE. The joining of the two firms has expanded the company's overall skills and expertise in all types of commercial building design and construction.
