What they soon realised however, was that traditional recruitment wasn’t just failing high school jobseekers, but all jobseekers and employers alike. Long story short, traditional recruitment for part-time staff simply wasn’t working, so PartTimer set out to solve that. Today PartTimer is a talent management solution for modern businesses, providing services to employers and jobseekers throughout New Zealand and Australia. The process is easy for both parties. Employers can sign up to a free 30 day trial at any time and receive their own unique hiring page, as well as browse PartTimer's existing database of Jobseekers.
