I am the Founder of PartnerUpSocial, a social impact advisory firm that helps nonprofits and corporations build stronger, more strategic partnerships that maximize impact. Over the course of my 30+ year career, I’ve had the unique opportunity to serve as both a funder and a fundraiser. I’ve led corporate foundations, social impact, and community investment teams responsible for investing millions of dollars into communities. I’ve also led corporate partnership and fundraising efforts for Boys & Girls Clubs of America, helping secure transformational partnerships that advance their mission and drive meaningful outcomes. Having worked on both sides of the table, I understand what corporations are looking for when making social investments and what nonprofits need to do to build lasting, mutually beneficial partnerships. This perspective allows me to bridge the gap between business objectives and community impact, creating partnerships that deliver value for all stakeholders. Through PartnerUpSocial, I help nonprofits strengthen their corporate engagement strategies, increase revenue, and deepen partner relationships. I also help corporations maximize the return on their social investments by identifying opportunities that align purpose, business goals, employee engagement, and community impact. I believe the most powerful force for change is partnership. My passion is helping organizations move beyond transactional relationships and build strategic partnerships that create measurable results and lasting change.
