Partners in Routt County is a youth mentoring organization serving Routt County youth between the ages of 7 and 17. Founded in 1996 as a affiliate of the Parnters Mentoring Association our mission is to make a positive difference in the lives of Routt County youth by facilitating partnerships between adult volunteers and youth. Our two programs are One-to-One community-based mentoring and School-Based Mentoring.
