Partners HealthCare International® (PHI) is the global arm of Partners HealthCare, one of the leading not-for-profit health care systems in the United States. Partners HealthCare was founded by Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Hospital, the two largest teaching hospitals of Harvard Medical School. PHI was founded in 1997 to advance the Partners HealthCare mission worldwide through collaborations and partnerships designed to expand global client’s capacity in the areas of patient care, workforce education and training, health care improvement and research. What sets PHI apart is our collaborative model of engagement. We work shoulder-to-shoulder with clients to continually improve their ability to deliver high quality care and enhance their reputations. By developing long-term relationships, we are able to deliver targeted services and programs in strategy and planning,workforce training and education, quality improvement, and research development. PHI clients benefit from our ability to draw upon the resources of our five Harvard-affiliated hospitals and the broader Partners HealthCare network. PHI has partnered with clients in more than 40 countries focusing on co-developing solutions that are tailored to the individual needs of their local health care systems.
