Parnassus Group, LLC, is a prominent technology company, specializing in the design and development of automatic trading "engines" for use in the Foreign Exchange markets. We own and operate a set of proprietary, and highly specialized systematic trade engines, known as the IBEX trading engine. The IBEX trading engine denotes the dawn of a new generation of advanced, algorithmic, low-risk, auto-trading technology that is currently unmatched in the industry, and that is now fully ready for large-scale institutional capital management. The IBEX trading engine has already been deployed in the live market on investor capital since the start of 2018. The system trades a complex portfolio of over 28 major currencies. IBEX version III has thus far demonstrated very stable and consistent live trading performance (which are in line with the strategy’s back models), and has generated more than 20+% ROI per month (when trading at full capacity), all with minimal risk and highly reduced drawdown exposure. Investors participating with the IBEX trade engine can do so under full segregated managed account structures, including real-time account access, full transparency, full liquidity, and control to its technology licensees. We are currently establishing technology licensing relationships with competent organizations that possess the institutional capacity for utilizing our proprietary IBEX trading technology. We are currently working with trusted partners in the industry to support our trading initiative. These include: Appointed Private Asset Manager: * Agile Trade Group Brokerage houses / FCMs (Custodian to Client Funds): * ATC Brokers (FCA) * Advanced Markets (ASIC) with (DMA) liquidity. While these are our preferred partners, we do not restrict our clients to use these specific partners. If the proper infrastructure is in place we can explore the use of IBEX’s trading technology in a different trading and investment environment.
