Parlaye is a Peer-to-Peer (P2P) daily fantasy sports platform built around head-to-head competition. Instead of competing against the house, users are matched against each other. A structural choice that changes incentives, transparency, and how trust is built within the platform. We’re focused on creating an experience that reflects how sports fans already compete informally: clear rules, understandable outcomes, and competition that feels earned. By emphasizing community and intentional design, we’re exploring how peer-to-peer formats can support more engaging and sustainable participation over time.
