Parkinson's Fitness Information

Our non-profit Parkinson’s Fitness organization is located just north of Boston. We are dedicated to helping people fight Parkinson’s disease through ability-based balance, strength, and movement classes, boxing, yoga, specialized art and music programs, and educational seminars. Our first-hand experience and extensive training can help educate otherwise healthy individuals and families learn how to best meet the lifestyle changes Parkinson’s disease creates by establishing empowering physical and cognitive goals, and finding a safe, motivating, welcoming, educational and social environment in which to share with others the challenges and triumphs in living well with Parkinson’
