Parking Systems Information

Since 1954, Parking Systems has grown from a family-owned parking company into a full-service parking and transportation organization serving properties throughout the Tri-State area and beyond. Today, we provide parking management, valet services, transportation, traffic management, revenue control, consulting, and technology-driven parking solutions across approximately 350 locations. Our operations range from small properties to facilities with thousands of parking spaces and serve hospitals, healthcare facilities, residential communities, retail centers, hotels, restaurants, commercial properties, garages, and surface lots. While our company has grown, the way we approach our business hasn’t changed. We believe great parking operations start with great people, strong relationships, and hands-on service. We combine that personal approach with the technology, operational experience, and resources needed to manage today’s increasingly complex parking environments. From the moment a guest arrives to the technology working behind the scenes, our goal is to create parking operations that are efficient, welcoming, and built around the unique needs of each property. With more than 1,200 parking professionals and decades-long client relationships, Parking Systems continues to grow while staying true to the values that have guided us from the beginning.
