Attorney Collection Program: PRRS also provides a program that handles all violators from 30 days after the parking violation is issued. Parking IOU Program: This IOU Program automates the collection of all customer balance dues and debit vouchers resulting from a customer's inability to pay after parking. Monthly Parker Collection Program: PRRS offers a program that collects monthly and late fees from your monthly parking customers. PRRS offers the following services:Processing Customer Communications and Disputes: PRRS is committed to responding timely to all violator communications, disputes and questions. PRRS will review and resolve all disputed violations. DMV Services: PRRS will timely obtain vehicle owner information from applicable state agencies on violator vehicles. Collection Services: PRRS will timely issue a series of attorney collection letters to the violators. Other enforcement actions may include legal action to collect larger outstanding balances. Full Accountability/Transparency: PRRS maintains a secure database of all your issued violations. PRRS coordinates all attorney letter mailings and processes all payments. PRRS provides you customized, comprehensive and real-time reports and accounting. PRRS performs its services in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, statutes and regulations and industry standards, including compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and all related or comparable state collection laws.
