Parkers' Karat Patch has been serving North Asheville since 1980. As exclusive members of two of the largest jewelry buying groups in the U.S., Independent Jewelers Organization and Retail Jewelers Organization, we have access to diamond cutters in Antwerp, Belgium, as well as Israel, NY, and Los Angeles. We make annual trips to Antwerp, the Diamond Capital of the World, to buy diamonds of any size specifically for our clients as well as for our own inventory. As an independent jewelry store, we have certain advantages over larger chain stores in that we are able to go beyond our inventory to find or custom make jewelry, diamonds, and precious colored gemstones. As a member of these large buying groups, we have great contacts with other jewelers, artisans, and manufacturers, who can work with us to supply almost any of our client needs.
