Milestone Photography Garden Studio is a 3200 square foot studio conveniently located in North Kenner approximately 20 minutes from downtown New Orleans. The studio was recently relocated from Metairie into a newly constructed building. It features two camera rooms, spacious waiting and dressing rooms and a garden for outdoor photography. The main camera room houses a number of backdrops and props allowing for great variety in the options available for the customer. A north light window is also available for natural light photography during daylight hours. The second camera room features a formal fireplace scene. This second camera room is also used in photographing specially designed children's scenes. The property includes a garden designed with several picturesque scenes including a bricked courtyard, a barnyard, and a pond complete with a Cajun fishing camp. Other scenes are planned for the near future. The availability of all outdoor scenes varies with the time of year, time of day, and prevailing weather conditions. The photography studio in in its 7th year of business on the east bank of Jefferson Parish and is owned and operated by Melanie and Greg Langteau. The studio specializes in children, family, high school senior and wedding portraiture. The in-house gallery is open to the public during normal studio hours. All photography is by appointment only.
