Paradise Fields Information

At Paradise Fields we aim to grow the most nutrient-rich fruit and vegetables on the planet. We do so by fully mineralizing our soil, improving the soil microbiome, investing in state of the art infrastructure, and using regenerative agriculture as a foundation of our farming practices. In addition to the farm that cultivates 9,000 apple trees, a market garden, a greenhouse for microgreens, and year-round vegetable growing, we have a health food store and a “farm to bottle” juice bar. In a couple of years, the crown jewel of Paradise Fields will be a 25-bedroom sanitarium where people will learn farming best practices and experience the healing power of plant-based nutrition and lifestyle medicine.
