Par 5 Development Group Information

Par 5 Development Group, LLC is a commercial real estate development and management company based in West End, North Carolina. The company was formed in 2005 by Lee Pittman and Brian Clodfelter. Par 5 has been a preferred developer for Dollar General since 2009. We have built and developed over 100 Dollar General stores in Virginia and North Carolina since the start of our relationship with the general merchandise retailer. Par 5 Development Group contracts with its sister company, Rhetson Companies, Inc., for all their construction needs. Together, they develop and build approximately 40+ projects a year. At Par 5 we understand how important it is to cooperate and work with local officials to assure that each project is designed and built to the local ordinances and regulations. From appearance to environmentally sound storm water practices, we aim to deliver a building that not only the town, but also the neighborhood in which we have built it, are satisfied and delighted to have as a place to shop.
