Papa's Tapas is a family owned restaurant located in the Pineapple Grove District of Delray Beach, Florida. Papa (the namesake) attained his passion of cooking as a young boy, who would stand by his mother, who was one of the first female chefs in Spain, as she prepared the classic dishes he grew to love. As a young man, he came to America to chase his dreams of opening his own restaurant one day. While in America, he met the love of his life, and together forged ahead and set up a legacy for themselves and their family to come.
