Paó is the versatile wearable built to fit your lifestyle through expandability and real life feedback instead of cryptic charts. paó is a tiny “holistic” wearable electronics device that helps the user enhance various aspects of her body and behaviours, tracking multiple posture & activity related metrics and interpreting these -generally- isolated data in order to create a more detailed and comprehensive picture of the user's daily life. Built around a drone level IMU and additional sensors, paó helps the user track, maintain and transform her posture and/or competence in various activities from Pilates to playing drums, from cycling to sleep. Being the versatile (smart) wearable, paó acts as a high level, open source wearable development platform where software developers can create and make money via developing new apps for novel usage scenarios using the open SDK and IFTTT without delving into hardware development. By deploying behavioural psychology mechanics, paó creates a clear path for the user to reach and fulfil her goals without taking a break from daily activities. Freeing the user from the all fancy charts and graphics, paó provides the user with solid feedback and sound advice on her life; nevertheless all raw data is always accessible if and when the user opts to reach.
