PanSlovenian Shareholders` Association (VZMD) Information

VZMD - the PanSlovenian Shareholders’ Association is a non-governmental institution, which on the premises of a collective civil movement was spontaneously founded, foremost from the evident and essential need to connect and align shareholders. Now, in its eight year of institutionalized work, VZMD has, without any public-funded or budgeted resources, succeeded in establishing a respect¬ed institution and will continue to foster its planned goals and mission - to unceasingly preserve the interests of minority shareholders, protect the balance of processes and decision-making of companies, and contribute to the constant improvement of the financial market and, ultimately, the economic status of individuals and the commonwealth of society. In the broader socio-economical, European and international context, VZMD have also been included as a full-fledged member of related global associations, including the European Shareholders’ Association, European Federation of Financial Services Users, and the World Federation of Investors.
