PanoSocial is a social enterprise (Yunus) of textile design, using as raw organic cotton or 100% recycled PET. We work with citizens in state prison, and especially with those who have served time in prison in São Paulo, a group with invisible presence in the social fabric. PanoSocial born in the Brazilian market producing shirts, uniforms and linen / bed and table for our brand and for brands, artists, designers, hotels, restaurants, offices, events and corporate actions. Researched and worked to develop products that meet sustainability standards, principles of environmental and social integrity; firming social identity and cultural aesthetics. Our partners are entities, institutes and organizations committed to rehabilitation and training of citizens in state of prison (future ex-prisioners). As apprentices in workshops and training courses, who is serving a sentence has a chance to get out of jail with a profession and the opportunity of a new mind, away from the area of crime. Our motivation is to drive people away from the reality of violence to transform the reality of urban safety. Currently 50% of our workforce is comprised of those who have served time in Sao Paulo prisons. In this quest, our work with ex-prisioners occurs from indication of Pastoral Carcerária. PanoSocial preaches a new relationship between production and consumption, without the generation of waste or damage to the environment. We adopt the concept of " cradle to cradle ", we strive to approach ourselves to a process of work with fabrics with zero environmental impact.
