Our flagship store is located in the French Quarter of downtown Fairhope, Alabama; our second shop is in the LoDa district of downtown Mobile, Alabama; and our newest Panini Pete's store is located in beautiful Destin, Florida! We're more than just perfectly pressed sandwiches here at Panini Pete's. We've got delicious Angus beef burgers, killer dressed up dogs, hand-cut fries and chips, and our beignets are the best ones we've found outside of NOLA. At Panini Pete's, we're passionate about "putting real food into our food," which is why our menu features items like house-made mozzarella, confit onion, freshly baked sweets and treats, and perfectly roasted roast beef. So come on by and enjoy a meal with us! About Panini Pete: Chef Pete Blohme AKA "Panini" Pete is the Owner and Executive Chef of Panini Pete's Café. A popular high quality fast casual restaurant chain that originated in Fairhope, Alabama in 2006. Panini Pete's was recently named the Best Sandwich Shop in the State! After two location and 10 years inn operation Pete partnered with Birmingham based Fresh Hospitality to "Blow Up" the Panini Pete's brand. Currently sitting at 5 operating units in 3 states with many more to come! Pete also brought on longtime friend and fellow restaurant "rock star" Nick Dimario to help on the structure and operations side of things. Together they bring over 60 years of professional experience their PP Hospitality brand. Their company philosophy is "We put Real Food in our Food" and "We never met a Stranger"!
